 V-Process
- The V-Process is truly a
crossover process as it competes at different levels
with all the other casting processes. The process is
capable of producing castings with
ZERO draft, thin walls and tight tolerances on a repeatable
basis with good casting
integrity. The V-Process produces quick turn-around, high-value castings with tooling that
is guaranteed for the life of the program. Couple all that with
easy, inexpensive tooling
changes, and the V-Process brings a new dimension to aluminum
castings. The V-Process can
produce rapid prototypes as well as annual quantities ranging
from 50 to 5,000 pieces.
