Die Casting - The Die casting process has the ability to produce castings with closest dimensional control, thinnest wall thickness and the best surface finish.  The unit cost is inexpensive because of the ability to produce at a high rate of production.  The tooling is the highest cost and generally has the longest leadtime.  Materials include aluminum, zinc and magnesesium.
