Deep Drawn - Deep Drawing produces a metal part by forming it around a punch as it is drawn through a die. The advantages are a seamless construction, precise control of material thickness, one piece construction, accurate profiles, various materials and less weight. Tooling can be expensive and lead times long, but for the right application, it can be very cost effective.
